What do you think about mount-everest.net?
It gets 31 604 searches on overture, more than everest (21 156 ) or mt everest (15 625). It also returns 183 000 results on google.

BTW domains with dashes return artificial results: the search engines drop them but that doesn't mean that such a web site would show up in the ranks.
