No forumla or model will be perfect. I find it is lacking in 2-3 letters and high-profile names. It rated coffee.net at like $1500. I know I can get more that that (had offers 10x that already).

But for common words and non high-profile names, I think it is great!

Exactly, .co.uk is worthless unless you are using it inside the UK.. But hey if you dont have tyhe .com you are screwed

let me say my opinion as a european citizen

without any second thought i would give emmediatly
3.500$ for mp3.gr
15k $ for music.gr
15k for mail.gr
1.000 for business.gr
30k for sex.gr
WITHOUT ANY SECOND THOUGHT
WHY?
because i have a company dealing with below line marketing and i know that i ll get these money back in one year..
and thats the MINIMUM appraisal for these names
TRY ME
for dot.co.uk names i don t know, but for sure worth the double..
there is no tool that can work better than this
my clients:
All tv stations , bacardi.dewars,janssen-cilag, galaher(silkcut,memphis-cigarettes), etc (many more in this size)
its only my opinion but you can try me

i have a company with incomes more than 2m $ in a real market field, i can make profits with these prices
