Since the seller is an "investment company" and have been holding the name since 1997, I guess they would expect at least the high hundreds or even a 4-figure bid.
Moreover, mychina.com seems brandable (and that's why you are buying, right?). I would start by something like $299 but expect to pay over $1,000 for it.
