As someone else pointed out, the medical field is one where commercial .orgs are more acceptable than in many other areas (some commericial media outlets also like the altruistic image of .org - for example the Associated Press is at ap.org, not .com.). Of course MyMD.org would be fine for a non-profit but commercial enterprises almost always have more to spend on a name.
