Good luck getting it into DMOZ. The .us's take some pretty clever work and they've been out for a while.
Just about any .cn tld I've seen posted on this board is only worth reg fee so far.
In my personal opinion...I can't imagine the .cn's taking off before the .us's start selling at a decent market value.

Seems like resellers here are vey pessimistic with English-word .cn names. Look at these established sites and tell me Chinese doesn't type English.
