hey

yes, its a Canadian domain, but it receives 500 to 600 unique viewers per day.

type in "motocross unplugged" in any search engine and this is the first domain to come up. and if not its definitely always on the first page.

i ceased publication of my print magazine in October 2002 and have no need for two domains anymore.

how much could "mxu.ca" be worth?
does it have any value with 500 daily unique hits?
and who the hell would want to buy it?

How do you know it is still getting that many visits when the domain is not active?

hey

good question! i wouldn't say it has 500 unique hits per day unless i could back it up.

currently "mxu.ca" is feeding all those viewers to another domain of mine, but i do not wish to keep it as an alias longer than i need to.

two months is long enough. once all my dedicated readers have learned of my new publication i can disconnect this domain from my new site.

most of the viewers clicking through "mxu.ca" are randon searches for motocross and mx related topics and my new publication doesn't really suit them.
