Could be a great website dedicated to Las Vegas and Reno.. either do it yourself or find someone that wants to.
yes, I am thinking of developing it.
Maybe a search engine for Nevada Casinos, or just a directory of casinos. Not sure yet.
It has some possibilities for sure. If you can build some traffic for it you could get some casino ads to pay the bills. Casinos are pretty strong spenders in the ad market if you have something good to show them (we have one that underwrites some of the events our company does). Good luck.
