    I am not sure you know about a Business performance model called "Balanced scorecard. Balanced score card is on the market for 2 decades (almost) now and in my opinion we should optimize or enhance the current scorecard principles to a higher plane.

    When such things will happen (Believe me, its happening as SAP and other Business performance, corporate performance or Enterprise performance software vendors and other management consulting companies ( they call in so many names) to measure performance I am of the opinion that we should be using more amicable name called "optimized score card".
