difficult to say without knowledge of what it applies to. Racing? Coups? Military? Business? Financing?
This is pretty generic, too generic. Developed for a certain sector would carry more meaning.

See the other very "generic' dictionary domains available at www.whi.ms such as overvalues.com and overtaxes.com (Sorry, just regged those). There are hundreds of domains available with over as the prefix but they are still one word dictionary domains.
www.whi.ms is a project site that I am working on. Literally several thousand available dictionary .com words posted...all that were available at the time the program was run.

I think it would have to be OverTake to be of any real value. It just doesn't sit well as a brand name. Easy enough to remember though.

I agree that it is in the past tense and not specific to any sector really. Low $xxx.
