    xx to very low xxx - not a lot of searches, has been dropped quite a few times, so that should be a clear clue to the fact that it probably doesn't get much traffic as is.

    I can see an end-user paying a nice chunk for it, but finding that person is going to be the tough part.

    If it was mine, I would develop with some info to Los Angeles Night Clubs and other amenities in the area - get some nice SE traffic going to it, maybe put up some advertisements and earn some revenue before trying to sell it.
