They do have some good names come up for sale at www.auctionurls.co.uk

I tend to keep away though, or alternatively buy the domain without getting involved with The Treasury Solicitor

ihmo, generic names .co.uk don't have much value. probably 5-7% of .com's.

That may be true; not sure about the exact percentage and it'll vary anyway depending on the word. But if a given .com is worth 100,000 and the equivalent .uk is then only 5-7,000, it could still certainly be worth the effort if you can pick it up cheap

Nobody's ventured a price yet for pda.co.uk??

I put it at around $7000 wholesale, or $20,000 to the targeted buyer. Big slump in PDA market though I hear.

I'd punt it to someone like www.expansys.com ...

They are NOT a company, but a government department, part of the Bona Vacantia http://www.bonavacantia.gov.uk/
