PhenForum.com - What could my site fetch?

I might be selling my Phentermine weight loss site, PhenForum.com, within
the next 1-2 years to the right buyer.

Current income is around $200/day average. I only started the site in March,
and I have about 630 happy members, with many more each month. It almost
seems to be growing exponentially.

Traffic is back to 500/day this month, but in October I averaged 980/day.
The month before it was around 300-400/day.

This site is becoming an authority among Phentermine websites, and I never
thought it'd truly happen, but it's on it's way to being a serious competitor
for Phentermine.com, considering their members post under a very controlling
administration team and I've heard countless horror stories from unhappy
members of that site. My site is more educational, also, and is geared towards
helping people lose the weight for good, not to depend on Phentermine to
keep it off.

What do you think I could get for it in the near future, and what do you
see the value becoming if it keeps growing at this rate?
