I've looked at your names.

Here are some recent sales listed at namebio. Of these sales
there is very little development. And what development there
is it is minimal at best. The sale prices are decent but nothing
outstanding. This tells me there is little market for "hub" names.
Based on the strong keywords associated with these names and
the relatively low prices.

PetSupply hub and Sample hub stand out to me. Free samples
are an internet staple and pets are a forever market. I did'nt get
into bid values or PPC ad values

Bare in mind I'm no expert and this is all subjective. A motivated
enduser will pay what they feel the value is. A flipper will low ball
these values in a heart beat.
