If you are ready for the bad news, I'm afraid your portfolio is very weak.
I won't appraise them all but give some indications of what is wrong.

2013INAUGURATION.US = time-sensitive domain, short shelf life
RU2STUPID2VOTE.COM => definitely doesn't pass the radio test and what's the intended use ?
EBIZMOMMY.COM => who wants to brand their business on a name like that ? not me
DEFEATOBAMA2012.CO => this one makes sense, nice call to action domain but the extension is a put-off
SHORTANDFAT.COM => negative domain
WWWRICHMEN.COM => typo, it's only worth the traffic it gets
TRIPLEFREAKBOTTOMBOUNCE.COM = don't understand what it means and what it could be used for

So you have it, they are unbrandable, negative sounding, too niche, too narrow in purpose, or just don't make sense.
The point is that nobody is going to buy your domains if they can get domains of similar (or better) quality for regfee.

Resale value: none imo, I do not really see one domain that stands out and has a chance of selling. I like the defeatobama one but it's .co, and it should be developed.
In general the domains that sell that are those with commercial appeal.
To sum up, the questions you should ask yourself: does the name make sense, is it brandable, short or easy to spell, is there a market/obvious use, who the possible buyers are, is there any shortage of alternatives and of course why there were not already registered if they are any good... and by the way would YOU be able to develop them. Assume nothing is ever going to sell, and have a backup development plan. If they are not even good enough for you to keep them and use them, it's unlikely they would be worth anything to somebody else.

I'm with Katherine on this one. I wouldn't even develop those domains. Cut your losses and spend some time learning how to perform great keyword research.
