FDWV can likely fetch low xx wholesale with a premium if you find an end user -- FD and WV (West Virginia, etc.) can be strong acronyms in themselves, so there are lots of possibilities there.
The other names aren't quite as strong, since the term is most commonly "US China Relations", and those names are also a bit long. The Fenway name isn't very brandable, and has limited commercial potential.

I'd dare say this domain gets negligable to no traffic - please correct me if I am wrong.
On a global scale, which the Internet operates on, a limited, single city specific domain really isnt worth much - unless you find the right end user who shares your sentiments.
