It's Saturday night - I'm in a good mood - had a few drinks - relaxed.... but that still seems pretty harsh.
YouHaveNoPrivacy.com will make a great paranoid-anonymous site with products to detect tracking devices on the comp0uter and off inlcuding heavy wondow shutters and thick sunglasses.
I can see it becoming the new Sharper Image fad.![]()
That is an over-statement and not correct. I have many 3 word names which are good and get type-ins. Plus 3 or more word phrases which are industry specific keyword phrases are valuable, if you can find any as most all are reg'd.Originally posted by interactive ....3 word names are bad!!!
In fact, I have a 6 word name averaging approx' 400 to 500 index page hits/wk which I believe gets type-ins, likely a lot of them. I don't see how the traffic could be coming from anywhere else, except type-ins, but I may be wrong on that.
Some here, including Mods have in the past said type-ins on a 6 word name (specifically my domain) were basically impossible (excuse me if not quoting them accurately).
I use MS FastCounter which does not report on the source of traffic. Does anyone here know how to tell for sure if they are type-ins or not? I know a better counter will be suggested but if I get a better one how can that identify type-ins correctly?
These names are not bad. Bit long perhaps, $20-30 each.
Great Example: 4 word name - ForSaleByOwner.com sold for more than $800,000 and is actually worth even more, and there are others.Originally posted by RealNames That is an over-statement and not correct. The important thing is the name being an industry specific popular keyword phrase.
