Sorry GOJ but those "domain experts" who gave you those appraisals are frauds. I don't think any of those are even worth a registration fee.

From my point of view,your best domains are anysex.com and anyvirus.com.
AnySex.Com >> $500-$1000 (maybe much more if you can sell it to an adult webmaster)
AnyVirus.com >> $100(fast sale)
>> $3000 - $5000 (end users like antivirus program developers)
Premium.info is the only name worth renewing.
The rest are $99 names at best.

After taking a quick look at your portfolio (if this is it), I concluded it is worth approximatelly $500-$800.
Perhaps your appraisals were "old" values, when domain names were worth real money and the internet was booming. Today, it is common to see one-word .com sell for less than $10 on Ebay.
Nothing really stands up in your list. If I were to be paid to appraise your portfolio, I would be a lot more specific, but I do not think I am way off with the ball park above (even factoring in some marketing effort to sell them at that).
