My point was if shrm isnt a specific product then the traffic would be "general" traffic.. more difficult to convert into revenues..

If you can identify the traffic..as in what are they looking for then..it bevcomes specific trtaffic.. in this case shrm.. use to be a employment type site for professionals..

So now we know that thats what most of the traffic was looking for..employment related..

So next we need to find out if their is even a market for "jobs".. well common sense tells you that should be apretty big market..going to oveture verifys it in that just for the key wword "Jobs" their has been 1.8 million searchs a month.. big damn market..

So that raises the VALUE of the name.. you get the gist..

As far as the tool.. it has long term possiblities..sure release the code ..let people build on it.. let people keep adding variables to it.. but it will never be right because it cant think abstract..

I am just saying with 7-8 variables ..it's like using a magic 8 ball..and iot can give the wrong impression of it's worth..

But I am open minded.. if I see the next "edition" with literally hundreds if not thosands of variables..it may have some use for for say...generating averages 4 or 3 letter constanants or something like that.. but it's an enormous task..

I saw he use to appraise $ 0 or near that on almost all names, I never saw a name he has

Hi Mike, genuine question here and I am not doubting your figures but can you or anyone else explain to me how this name with only 130 odd links gets so much traffic? It's not likely to get a lot of type in traffic is it?

Buy the way, based on your numbers I would say turning down 10k was a smart decision.
