I would be interested in members valuation of the this portfolio, it is a pure US geo portfolio.

Over the past 6+ months I have managed to cobble this portfolio together, it represents about 44% of all US Counties with a population of 40,000 or more, and covers over 60 million Americans (more than 1 in every 5).

Does the rule of thumb that a .info is worth 1% - 5% of a .com hold with regard to a portfolio?

Hard to appraise dot-info's without traffic stats since end-users (who don't care or ask about traffic or revenue) are so rare. A least some traffic would give it value to domainers. Development can be a problem with geo's since they are best with some constantly updated or live content.

The value for these domains depends on how much the buyer wants to pay. I don't see much inherent resale value in these domains.

As far as the portfolio, the value lies in development potential. The domains are very generic and represent popular geo locations so there is a lot of potential for revenue. If these domains were developed the portfolio would be worth more but it depends on traffic and revenue.

I would focus on a strategy for developing a network of sites, which could do very well in the search engines with proper seo and content.
