I'm no use at appraising, but I think this would be a great name for a group connected with either model railways or going around taking engine numbers (sorry, forget the exact name of what they do). Of course, railway is the preferred term in the UK, but still, I hear railroad a lot now, especially in the plural.

It could even be used for a website for a lobby group trying to railroad some legislation through parliament or otherwise use action to get some result.
