I think 'red wine' is one of the highest wine-related search terms, as for value can't say. Probably better without the 's', but could be suited to a site or magazine that reviews red wines.

The above value represents the domains fair market value. Keep in mind that certain end users might purchase a domain name for far more or less than its fair market value.

I think it's fine with plural for this, any on topic website would have more than one red wine on it. It's sub-niche and .org (ew) and I don't see it ever selling for anywhere over high $xxx - very low $x,xxx
Around mid $x,xxx for the .net sounds about right. I think domainappraisal is way off on this, no way is a .org worth near 25-40% of .com sale value.
Mid X,XXX sounds right for this name, good name.
Can you find any .org sales that were 25% or higher of the .com sales price?
