    Could develop a site which offers services to compare registration fees among popular services (url forwarding, who is privacy, etc...)
    Since the registration fees are are not the same all the time even with one registrar (promotion, coupon code, etc...) voting can be done for "Registrar of the month".
    Then once you get flood with traffic then you can invite Registrars to be your advertisers.
