I have bought it to develop & absolutely love it.
Interested to hear what you think is best to do.
My idea is to have a really nicely designed site with three main options on the homepage. 1/Car rental, 2/ Property rental 3/ DVD Rental
These are the 3 monster overture terms along with 'rental' of course.
Have ppc & affiliates.
Would you focus on just one market or follow my idea? or do you have any other plans & ideas.

I would have to think about whether it would be best a "rental" portal or a tightly themed site. My first inclination would be to go for the property rental (including vaction rentals) end of it as it would be easier (for me) to build content & monetize that type of content. If so inclined, you could also run a script like openrealty in a directory to list rentals & charge for listings.

I think it would be easiest to focus on tips for renting a car, an apartment, etc. You could probably find lots of free article content on rental tips. Then just incorporate adsense and affiliate programs.

I like the name 'Predator' but rental.info is okay tooIf it were mine the price might be around 6 to 10k. 'Rental' and 'info' fit well and rental.info would look professional on a business card or even as the name of a business.

Considering there's alot of room to develop this domain I'd say you got a great deal at 1k. I still find it hard to appraise a .info but I will say it's premium and can do well for you.
