This is a new reg.
The new country will be called "Republic Of Kosova" (name taken)
This Declaration is in The UN now. Will definitely be a world debate.

| It's not going to be a country. Russia will veto it. China the same. Serbia - when hell freezes over. Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria - will not recognize a unilateral declaration for obvious political reasons. There is a lot at stake; our not-so-bright president Bush rejoiced while on his trip in Tanzania (wonder if he knew he's in Africa or the middle east) but the political cost will be immense. The crisis has not unfolded yet.
