Country: | RULE: You have to own the domain in order to request an appraisal This is not a new rule - it has been around for a long time. You need to own the domain in order to request an appraisal. "I'm in the auction for it" is not owning it. "I've back ordered it" is not owning it. "I'm in negotiations to buy the domain" is not owning it. "I own the same keyword but different TLD" is not owning it. "I own similar domains" is not owning it. "I'm thinking about registering it" is not owning it. We've had many people posting appraisal requests for domains that they do not own anymore. If you post an appraisal for a domain that you do not own it will get closed or deleted. Repeat offenders may see warnings and/or infraction points. Also, we do not permit appraisals for domains that are currently being offered for sale here at the same time. We suggest that you either get appraisal first, then offer for sale. Thanks for your cooperation!
