I would hold this one for an end user. The .net is the only thing that would detract for a bank or investment firm but there are a lot of them out there.

the .ca sold in the drop for 30k us at pool in january that just passed. The end user will be the one who gives you its final appraisal but certainly thats a domain you can build off.
