Scotland.cc- $250 offer - veterans input wanted

Looking for any for any insight from those that are familiar with and/or have sold a country name (eg. italy, germany, sweden, etc.) in .cc tld. I was recently offered $250 US for Scotland.cc. I have seen names like Austria.cc go for $x,xxx, but I know this is an end user sale. I don't have the time (or inclination) to market the name to hard. Is there a viable market for this type of name or is the offer a gift?
