I like .co.in a lot, most big sites (except eBay) use .co.in and not .in. Go to www.google.in and see where you are redirected. Or even better, try www.msn.in and then www.msn.co.in

Difficult to say. If I owned it I would probably gear for high $$$ at least.
But not sure if .in domains are easy to sell. It could take time to find the right buyer.

Sell it now if you are getting very high offers because .co.in trend is going now. most of the new sites are going towards .in domains.
