This is the First Domain I have ever sold!

Counter offer with an extra $200-$300 Then I would accept. Funny, I've been geting more offers then expected on voip names in the .eu. Like for wvoip.eu and v0ip.eu. Anyways I digress, back to your thread. I like the "voipdirectory" with so much more voip companies to be coming out,. this name is quite suitable. I want to say hold on to it, but the .eu extension is just so new that an xxx offer just doesn't seem too bad. Selling for ~$400 would clear my conscious for a new extension.

Depends who's offering. Is it a domainer here or an end-user outside? Do you know?

I'd say its an outside user not someone here, have it on well known domain sales site! The offer was a fair bit above my min asking price.

Do be honest, if you're not desperate for the cash, I'd hold on to it. It's an excellent name. Don't underestimate or undersell .eu right now. My 2c.

I only got the offer today so its valid for a week , so i will think it over the weekend before I make any decisions on it.

Counter for 50 % more and then accept what they offer. High $xxx is a good price for a two word .eu domain.
