Tough call.

Such a popular sport.

Great name to have a retailer.

Do you know if you are dealing with an end user or another domainer?

Potential is skyhigh for an actual site as a retailer or full of affiliate links, ski resorts and slopes. It is going to be a seasonal product. But, when its summer here it is winter somewhere else.

25-50k seems really high to me. I would say 8-15k

I don't see a reseller paying 5-figures.

I wouldn't let it go for under $35,000.

Wasn't this for sale on buydomains once for around $2000? Sorry if I've made a mistake and this was a similar domain.

this may be a little more realistic assessment.

Also, be aware that if you decide to accept the offer and send to auction, the 7 days will start from when that offer was made - NOT from the time you accept the offer.

So if you wanted 3 days to accept the offer and push it to auction, the auction will only be 4 days long.

The way to reset the sedo clock is with another offer which can be counteroffering.

$5000 to $15,000 for Reseller
$10,000 to $50,000 for End User

Without knowing which is making you an Offer, maybe counter with $25,000. Can either work them up higher from their current bid and/or push to auction if they bite at a higher price to see if others will compete by marketing the sale to as many people as you can (especially potential end-users). Just my 2 cents. (-:

Well, the OP has not disclosed the amount offered.

The bottom line, price according to what you can live with and not feel that you could have gotten more.

Post-sales blues is a *****.

i agree
a valuable product domain , but i'd guess virtually zero traffic and it's a net, so we gotta be realistic, virtually anything in xx,xxx range you should defo take imo. obviously get a feel for bidder and get as much as poss

a reseller would be unlikely to ever offer above xxxx range imo

When was that? Gotta link?

Whoa, that's a hot name for so many products.

A common expression for many licenses and certification is

pass the boards yet?

That is a very good name with many subdomain possibilities.

Thanks. I appreciate the info.

The buyer hopefully knows how to maximize the potential of this.

Looks like the OP bought the domain back in 05' for ~4.9k:

http://www.dnforum.com/f5/snowboards...ad-120995.html

I would value the domain for resellers at mid $,$$$ and end users at low $$,$$$
