I was just trying to get an idea for the domain alone. SpeakingGreek was the name of a magazine I used to publish in college. It is no longer in publication.
I speak Greekso without the current content it hits me as a language course or perhaps an audiovisual research of the Greek culture.
Thats kind of what I was thinking. The domain could be very brandable. Worth anything with out dev.?
Such domains are "asking" for development. Therefore, you're looking for an end-user such as a publishing house (of CD's, DVD's, tapes or books). Perhaps to the north of $10k.

I can see this selling quickly for low xxx's and if you are patient possibly mid xxx's undeveloped.
Developed WELL it could run in the $1xxx-3xxx range
Any suggestions on how to develop it?
sorry i'm not the person to ask about development as that is something i need to improve on myself. i would love to hear what others recommend though.
It might make a fairly decent platform name for a social network for frats (which would not be all that hard to implement - the bigger issue would be figuring out the best way to have it generate money for its owners - something with which many social networks, despite huge investements, seem to have challenges).
