    Someone brought up a trademark concern... Can you trademark a common English word?

    I'm no lawyer, but I don't believe you can. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I recall that Kleenex and Xerox heve been in danger of losing their trademarks because the terms were coming into common usage.
