what do you think the domain name alone is worth?
what do you think it is worth with the site included (site just launched a few days ago).

$800 -$1300 Good letter .orgs have been selling well lately. I personally get turned off when I see a domain I want developed without an indication that the name itself is for sale. I just don't usually bother sending an offer to a developed name especially if development seems recent or updated. But that's just me. And if I do buy a name and there's a site on it- I always get rid of the site. I'm a domainer first and foremost. So it all depends on who you plan on pitching to or think you can get more money off.
