Topix.com is way more unique and more brandable then Topiics.com for 1.
Topix.com is a solid well developed site yours is not 2.
Topix.com dates back to 1996 yours brand new 3.
Topix.com has a pr 6 yours pr 0 4.
Topix.com has alexa rank of 36,ooo yours is not even on there 5.
I can keep going and showing you why that domain is 1mil and yours is 0.
And i see you already added a price of $299 for that domain so what is the point of asking you already made up your mind. Now that we we think other wise you are complaining.
If it makes you feel better I think your domain is amazing 100mil easy sale.
