TM is for the whole name not part of it.
not sure but reasonable to me, they can't against people use part of their TM.
Otherwise, MSN world take away anything like F***msn.com etc.

what i mean is they cant take away anything thats including part of their TM, those are not my sites, i wish though, lots typeins i believe.
Don't fool yourself thinking that ToysRus won't take the name by force if you refuse to give it up...They are as protective as ebay and the IOC are when it comes to their trademarks.
The name is not worth the hassle....you have no basis upon which to think you'd win. If you have nothing better to do with your money, find a good charity to donate it too instead of the lawyers you'll need

We're having a hypothetical conversation about a legal case by toysrus against someone who hasn't bought a useless and trademark infringing domain name.
