Have to say I'm not too keen. Who needs TV support? You just turn the thing on and hey presto. I don't get it - sorry.

Hmm i see differently me personaly when cable pops I got to ShawCable and see what is the problem that can be used by any TV company support/tech department am I the only one that sees the potential in this? Didn't anyone ever go to see what is wrong with their satellite or tv channels with their TV company?
