There are many options with it. A simple info site on tweeting would be an option. Or allow people to tweet directly on it. Use it as a directory.

In my honest opinion this domain is a waste of money, and would be a complete waste of time. This domain is similar to something like Stumblemywebsite.com but even worse because it is in the worst extension.

But on a serious note, this domain is based on somehow making a profit off of some popular (trademarked) trendy website, and is already somewhat questionable and farfetched. How much do you expect to earn from this domain if you build a site? How much time and money are you prepared to waste if the site is not succesful. What if you don't build a site, surely this domain would be dropped.
