I have Twut.com It earns around 50 or so per month as of now. So 600 per year and my problem is that I have got some inquiries about it. But not able to figure out any specific price range.

Any opinions and ideas are most welcomed.

If you being truthful about it earning $600 a year, I wouldn't settle for anything less than mid $X,XXX .

Honestly, the site looks like it basically runs itself. With that said, I wouldn't sell it at all personally.

just for comparison, i sold Twul.com at sedo auction for $210 last month,
this is nicer, i'd put it at mid $xxx for the name only, without traffic/rev.

the site is doing well at $600/year and is worth low-mid $xxxx IMO.

If traffic is all natural typein and earning is stable, then at least 24 months revenue.

I would not sell for under mid $x,xxx based on revenue, and it could be worth up to mid $xx,xxx to the right end user being a 4 character brandable.
