I notice that viagra.net and viagra.org are not active sites ... actually do not even resolve. That makes me think they are worried about TM infraction.

They may be speculators waiting for an offer. Who knows?
agree with aactive, the fact that both are down, and one recently dropped tends to suggest trademark problems to me.

I would think that most serious speculators would use the names they own for either affiliate income or PPC income.
Either way, TM discussions can go on forever, there are many examples in the many WIPO decisions .. that show NO constistency in heir rulings whatsoever.
I think it is always best to be prudent and careful when it comes to TM issues.

Snoopy I'm not sure why someone would turn down a cash offer and drop a domain because of perceived TM problems. Believe me he was more than ready to sell for the right price.
Viagratea would represent a dilution of the mark because it would represent "another" product (tea). Also the case was undefended.
I would really like to see a WIPO case where it was defended and a licensed affiliate involved who was selling viagra pills.
I'm not aware of any!
Agreed some of the Wipo decisions are a dogs breakfast. I get good legal advice and so far have been WIPO freeEither way, TM discussions can go on forever, there are many examples in the many WIPO decisions .. that show NO constistency in heir rulings whatsoever.
