What is the best way to make money with it? There is currently no traffic to it, so is it worth making it a blog site with articles or just selling it?

I am kind of new to this stuff... where might I find some RSS feeds having to do with jobs?
Also, what kind of software might I use to display them? I will probably setup a DNN of Joomla site I would imagine and use one of their RSS readers? Right?
