Either the domain-market has started to improve or the "pros" on this forum are just too conservative in their estimates and may be bit tooooo.... pessimistic as well. Obviously, there are understandable reasons for having some of such feelings but I feel that just like the stock market the pendulum re. domain valuation might have swung too far to the south.

I'm not saying he is an illegitimate bidder, but it's very likely when it comes to eBay.
I do think bookmark.com is worth $10,000 or more. I didn't respond in the aforementioned thread.
