Like any GTA game, it is very popular yet the game was only released a few days ago.
I think the .info vs .org will be better for a site giving information about the game (hints, tips, cheats, guides, etc).
Anyway, I don't have the time to develop any sites, so i'm going to sell them. Although I know these are not worth megabux, I still see some value in them.

15718 ovt for "vice city". But without development, which you say you can't do - there isn't much reseller value. You'll have to hunt for someone wanting these domains for development. You should have developed them already though for the Christmas shopping season.
