From what I have read on Wiki, this is a beach resort town north of Toronto with a permanent pop of around 15k and 2 million summer visitors annually!
I know there are quite a few Canadians on DNF and curious if anyone has been there and can add if this would be a good domain for development

Appreciate the insight Maxwell - seems like there isn't too much competition but there is a healthy 22k exact searches a month. I was considering development and figured real estate might be a good place to start along with a city guide...I am definitely going to hold this one for a bit, I think it can bring in some healthy passive profits!
wasagabeach.org is definitely worth picking up at cost. Was there the year before, and dipped in anyway even when the water is kind of cool (21 C at noon). And it's REALLY jammed everywhere in the area, esp. over weekends in the summer. To be honest, it's a better place to pick up girls than to swim. LOL! Good pick. (No pun intended.)
Profoundly influenced by #Bauhaus, @Nameslave unrepentantly embraces #Minimalism in his #multimedia portfolio. His early works include an experimental adaptation of Chekhov’s Cherry Orchard inspired at least partly by Robert Fripp. His totally irrelevant M.Ed. dissertation examines Organizational Culture and Change Management.
Sounds like I need to do some local "research!"
