When something sounds to good to be true it usually ends up being just that!

If the website or business owner is selling...ask yourself why?

If the site is pulling in 30K profit per month it might be worth 3-5 years its annual revenue.

The math all depends on the business. Not the domain name.

As far as flaming the whole board...MONEY

That looks to be a totally different situation. There is a large list of what appears to be undeveloped names. This is a massive waste of potential income and DNpowerful's offer is based on this potential not on the current income.
