im thinking of selling www.webmasterempire.com and all the sites on it

in total there are 19 sites at the moment - i am planning on adding another 4 in the next few weeks (the price would be adjusted adccordingly)

i launched the sites in july and they are still creeping into the search engines

exclding the forums they receive about 220 unique visitors per day
last month i made
about $65 from the template site
$50 from google adsense
$100.00 from banner ad space sale

im also currently negotiating a sale of 50,000 impressions on the left column banner for $100 - should receive that in the next few days

obviously because of the number of pages the site has (including the phpdiscuss etc there are thousands) the site will get better and better

id like to keep the sites as they require little if no time to administer them and there gonna be good earners - but i need to make a lot of money quickly


anyhoo, ive got an idea of what there worth but id like to hear what everyone else thinks

if the public think theyre close to what i think theyre worth i will sell them - if not ill just keep them going and live off the monthly revenue

(p.s. bandwidth costs arent that bad - my hosting fee is $9.95 per month - i would move all the sites to a seperate host for the buyer and pay the first month hosting fee)

Well, its an impressive amount of sites, however, its dissapointing that 19 sites only get 220 uniques a day. Which averages to about 11 uniques a day per site. Also, it seems like all the sites were quickly put together, and they all have the same design. However, I think all of them have good potential, and its good that you made 200+ from your sites. I hate to put a number on it, but if I had to id say 2,000?

yeah it isnt great
most of which is down to the sites not being registered in search engines yet - only 2 or 3 are registered in google so far

they all have the same because it means you can advertise banners on the whole network - which helps selling advertising space

I think the sites are worth a lot more than that - the traffic is very low bu you have to remember that the network is only about 8 weeks old and the majority of sites are even younger. The forums are getting spidered every day by a new spider and the traffic should jump in the next few months.

Think im better waiting til the traffic is 1000+ uniques per day - should be within the next 4 months.
