What do you experts think about the value of this one. And where would be a good site to sell this kind of name?

$ 2,970 non negotiable and renting about $ 57 per month.

i would say its worth about 1000-5000 to a french bank. in my opinion a buyer would be nearly impossible to find. On ebay the domain would not sell for $50

and the fact that there are a lot of rules about using bank in names. There are also a lot of derivatives of this name that are up for sale with no apparent buyers. Probably because as soon as you start to use it, they'll take it away from you.

How to tell wether a name is a trademark?

If I ever had a sales how are payments made as I am living in Thailand.

What is a reliable domain registration site? Eg.. What If got names like cars, computer etc.. what are the chances that the registrar will not rob it from me. As I live in Thailand to sue them would be a big deal.

Currently I don't have any really good names so I cannot judge my registrar. I have BanqueFrance.com and EducationK12.com which in my opinion is good.
