Echo, I nearly skipped your post like others have but I remembered when I first started out and thought I will make a comment. Right Generally with domain names unless you have a very "generic " domain name you will need to develop it first. If you can't be bothered to develop a domain name especially with a domain like yours no one is going to bother giving you appraisals. Remember the end goal is "site visitors" A domain name like iamalazydomainer.com can be worth millions if its developed and ranks high in google i.e 1st page, generics can be used as redirects so you can opt not to develop those, so as an investor if you have non generic domain you will have to develop it. My advise develop develop develop this should be your whole approach to domaining. My value is 0.

Thanks for the advice, appreciate it. I just started trying my hand at domaining and I've had some recent luck without web development, but do take what you're saying seriously and will need to acquire that skill as well. Thanks again
