WyomingMagazine .com - very marketable imo considering the vastness of the state but only has a few hundred thousand residents in whole.
So in the arena of offline mags going online, you may have a head-up on the competition in that dusty state where nobody else would tread.
Dont sell it, Dev it. That is where your money may be.
