I saw a few Zune names in this sub-forum and I figured I throw some out there that I registered.

    Re: ZunePlayer.com

They are better than 99 percent of the Zune names I have seen. Still, it seems odd that people don't realize that there is a ceiling to how much these names can be worth. The bigger the site gets the more likely you are to lose it in a dispute. However; since there are so many of these names out there it may take some time for them to take it off of you...and they might not care.

Zune registrations and appraisals are really sickening. It really shows zero creativity, as well as a lack of knowledge of the domain business. The simple appraisal amount is exactly the amount that someone offers you right now....how else can you measure it?

That said....your names are better than most.

I totally agree with my learned friend. I am sick of wii, ps3, zune etc Do they really think people won't buy the majority from the distributors or main dealer sites. Or even ebay. Having said that, yours are better than most. There will only be room for a few. Also technology moves SO quick, I can't understand people involved in this corner. It's so boring!!! Most people out there have wasted their reg fees, i think you may be the odd one out. I'd sell soon for max profits, move on. Guy

Hmmm...so the guy who registered freemyspacelayouts.com, and is making roughly $3,000/mo. in ppc income, when he paid probably $6 to register the name - he probably also lacks knowledge in the domain business? I don't think Zune is even TM - Microsoft has only acknowledged that this is the name of the project. It's still up in the air that this will be the name for there PMP.

And lack of creativity...c'mon. If your main focus is buying/registering names based on creativity, then you're probably not making whole lot of money in the business.

Of course appraisal amount is the amount that someone offers or pays for it, but that's not the idea for this forum. We want to know other domainers opinions on what they expect the name to sell for if we were to sell today.

If you had the option to register these names right now for $6/ea. would you?
