FYI, there exists a popular and growing site EbonySingles.com. Search for "EbonySingles.com" (for website proper) in Google gets over 1,300 results. This service even has a toll-free number, so it is kinda popular IMO.

ebonysingles.com is trademarked. I'm not sure if just changing the extension would save you from being "confusingly similar". I think it would, but of course that doesn't stop anyone from suing.

What an abracadabra. Ebonysingles.com is trademarked? then why not to trademark let us say GetTravelVisa.com and if someone registers gettravelvisa.org, then, as GetTravelVisa.com is trademarked, the owner of gettravelvisa.org has to give his domain out to the owner of GetTravelVisa.com.

You may like to learn more about TM's and about some actual real life TM lawsuit outcomes instead of what sounds logical or reasonable to you.

It calls itself the network for people of color..meaning they would like to exclude everyone else..I think thats racist because it goes into the direction that people should not mix races when dating...but I am not gonna get deeper into the discussion too dangerous...take care..
